Led product strategy and engineering execution for the largest end-to-end digital music distribution supply chain platform of its kind, responsible for over 65% of global music delivery. Managed ingestion, transcoding, packaging, and delivery of digital assets from labels and publishers to major streaming services. Introduced real-time analytics, platform intelligence, and royalty processing systems that enabled scalability and reduced OpEx.
IoT-Enabled Remote Diagnostics Platform
Developed an in-field diagnostics system using tablets equipped with IoT sensors, scheduling tools, and AI chatbot functionality. Empowered remote care teams to deliver and document more than 1.5M annual assessments while laying the foundation for autonomous healthcare workflows.
